This Content License explains how you may use materials downloaded from Cheap Peeks.

What You May Do

Unless a particular download states otherwise, Cheap Peeks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded materials for personal, educational, charitable, and limited commercial purposes.

You may print the materials for your own use, give printed copies to family, friends, clients, customers, students, members of a group, or others, and incorporate the materials into physical or digital projects that you create.

Commercial Use

You may incorporate Cheap Peeks materials into products or projects that you create and sell, including handmade products, cards, journals, crafts, artwork, educational materials, and similar finished or substantially transformed works.

The permission to use our materials commercially applies to the finished work you create. It does not give you permission to sell, license, redistribute, or otherwise offer the original Cheap Peeks digital files as standalone products.

Sharing

You may share a link to the Cheap Peeks website or to the original download page so that others can obtain their own copy.

You may not re-upload Cheap Peeks digital files to another website, file-sharing service, download library, social media collection, or similar distribution service for the purpose of providing the files as your own download.

What You May Not Do

You may not sell or redistribute the original digital files by themselves, claim ownership of Cheap Peeks artwork or original content, remove copyright or attribution information where such information is provided, or use our materials to create a competing collection or download library.

Modification

You may modify, resize, crop, combine, or otherwise adapt materials when doing so is part of creating a permitted personal, educational, charitable, or commercial project.

Modification does not transfer ownership of the original Cheap Peeks material to you.

Third-Party Material

Some materials may contain or incorporate elements created by third parties or may be subject to additional rights. Where a particular download has different terms or restrictions, those terms take precedence over this general license.

No Transfer of Copyright

This license gives you permission to use the materials in the ways described above. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, or other intellectual property rights in the original Cheap Peeks materials.
